Jan Panek is a Tennis Performance Trainer, ATP certified member of International Tennis Performance Association.

Highly motivated and experienced tennis fitness specialist with more than 15 years of an international experience who is developing a tennis athletes of all ages and all levels via technical and tactical training, customized tennis-specific physical fitness training along with injury prevention programmes.

As a Tennis Performance Trainer, I have studied specific sport science information and know best assessments, drills and exercises that can improve performance and reduce injuries in tennis athletes.

Throughout my coaching career, I have helped develop top 2 junior players in Malta, world top 50 ITF ranked junior player from Russia as well as young children starting with tennis, adult and senior recreational players and female tennis players via both group and individual private lessons as well as structured periodized programmes.

In my active playing career, my greatest achievement was to be in the top 10 rankings in Czech Republic as a young teen.

About Me

With my background as a high-level competitor and a coach, I train tennis players of all ages and skill levels, focusing on technical development, customised tennis fitness programmes and mental conditioning to enhance performance.

My coaching philosophy is based on a tailored approach, ensuring that each player receives individualised training designed to maximise potential. Whether through private lessons, group sessions or structured training programmes, I am committed to helping my players achieve measurable progress and long-term success on court.
